If you have a problem, would like a new feature, or otherwise have a report to make about one of my projects, please use a ticket to report it.
Please provide an email address when reporting the ticket. This ensures that any extra necessary information can be collected at a later date.
Also, it is important to indicate which project you are referencing, in the Component drop-down box. It is helpful to also select the version of that project that you are using.
Important Details
When reporting a problem, it's critical to include enough detail for the problem to be understood, and usually to be repeated. These are all important details:
- Firefox or Thunderbird?
- What version?
- The english language version?
- If not, which?
- What operating system?
- Do you have other extensions installed? Which?
- Do you have other themes installed? Which? Which are you using?
- Have you tried testing with a BlankProfile?
Then, about the problem itself:
- What did you do when the problem revealed itself?
- What did you expect that didn't happen, or didn't expect that did happen?
- Are there any messages in the Error Console or Javascript Console? Do new ones appear when the problem happens?
