1. Add other caches, especially gigablast:

  • gigablast.com
  • baidu.com (mostly chinese, cache may be deactivated + censorship issue)
  • better: baidu.jp (chinese/japanese language mostly)
  • incywincy.com
  • exalead.com (not only french)
  • scrubtheweb.com (few caches)
  • antisearch.net (french, very limited)
  • ask.com (former teoma, few caches)
  • (archive-it.org/public/all_collections )
  • (webcitation.org/ )

2. Remember the choice for "open in tab", "new window", "current page" (Checkbox?)

3. Choosing which mirrors are standard setting or open automatically would be great. Maybe by arranging the order of caches?

Both versions of baidu: I can't read these pages in asian text. I have no hope of finding how to get their cache of a particular page.

incywincy.com, scrubtheweb.com, ask.com: no API
This means: there's no reliable way for a computer program to find their cache of a given URL. I'm not going to do screen scraping, it's too fragile. (Especially with ~9 other choices already there). Thus, they won't work for this extension.

exalead.com, antisearch.net: no cache that I can find

archive-it: seems to be a collection of ~900 individual caches, won't work for this purpose

that leaves webcitation which should be added shortly

Extra caches that are possible: done.

The rest of the points: A) it's difficult to track more than one thing in one ticket, and B) I am not super interested in implementing them. So, fixed!
