Add support for + email addresses

Description

It would be really nifty if Magic Password Generator could support the + standard in email, for instance with gmail, I enter my username pkelso then + then the domain of the site I am at, ie pkelso+arantius@gmail.com this allows filtering and results in less spam (and those nasty bouncebacks from spam/viruses that might use a catchall email alias). You already support catchalls, perhaps a change to support username+%1@domain.com where %1 is filled in by the script.
