Disable "OK" button while API call is in progress

Description

For Yahoo and MSN, there are API calls made to figure out the right URL to go to. There is a delay while this call is happening before anything appears on screen. Disable the "OK" button during this period of time, and hopefully ensure that the cancel button will really cancel the whole action.
