Cannot log in to lighthouseapp.com

Description

I can manually log in at lighthouseapp.com , but if I use mpwgen, I get an error message:

Sorry, the OpenID server couldn't be found

It must be that mpwgen is changing the form somehow, but I'm not sure at all how.

Don't alter fields that aren't visible.

Not a perfect fix, but fixes this case: as long as you choose "log in by email" in the page, before you run mpwgen, this should fix it.
