uppity breaks firefox 3.6

Hi. enabling (actually forcing with nightly tools) uppity on firefox 3.6 makes several errors and incompatibilities with other addons (like tabmix plus).

I've seen stuff from ghost tabs that wont close, scroll bar moving to the left, etc
