Work reliably and consistently with both TB and FF, and all extensions

Description

Tiny Menu as of 1.4.x has a bunch of special-case code for dealing with various different versions of Thunderbird and Firefox separately. There are various issues caused by this. We've also got the flaw from #27 -- custom menus are always collapsed, the user has no control over them.

The goal of this ticket would be to find out if it's possible, and if so write a unified routine that would detect menu structures, and allow configuration of them all, with a single code base.

  • Initial work on Tiny Menu 2.0. This version detects all menus automatically instead of hard-coding the choices in. Thus it works with both Firefox and Thunderbird, and all Thunderbird windows.
