New errors in 1.5.5

Just upgraded to v1.5.5 today. Getting errors in the error console:

Error: Error: bad scheme: about:blank Source file:  chrome://uppity/content/uppity.js Line: 194

And when running Uppity options:

Error: gBrowser is not defined Source file:  chrome://uppity/content/uppity.js Line: 325

While neither of these errors appears critical, it does clutter up my error console (and as a developer myself, I depend on the error console quite a bit to debug my own extensions ;) ).

Yes, I went through an unfortunate period of tough-to-diagnose errors in recent versions of Uppity. I ended up logging (to the error console) a whole bunch of non-fatal errors that were previously silently ignored.

I'll check what these are, but for the forseeable future (until I'm sure Uppity is stable again) it will log noisily. Sorry.

(If you're a web dev, I might suggest you use the Firebug console instead.)
