uppity 1.5.3 still not working (greyed out)

I upgraded to 1.5.3 which supposedly fixed the problems in 1.5.2, but the button is still greyed out.

Yes, there were some unfortunate quality control issues. Version 1.5.4 has been created and is working its way through the AMO review process. I'll attach a copy here if you'd like to use it earlier.
