Navigation icons returned to bar

I'm using Firefox 3.0.8 in English on Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition version 5.1.2600 Service Pack 3 Build 2600. My navigation bar has returned, leaving my Tiny Menu in splendid isolation on its own bar, and nothing I can do persuades the two to reunite. I only have the default theme 3.0.8, but have All-in-One Sidebar, AVG Safe Search, AVG Security Toolbar, Better Gmail 2, ColourTabs, CoolPreviews, CuteMenus2, FaviconizeTab, ICQ Toolbar, IE Tab, Java Quick Starter, Jeteye, keyScrambler, KnowledgeWorkshop, Lookpick, McAfee SiteAdvisor, Netcraft Anti-Phishing Toolbar, NoScript, Orange Toolbar, RSS Ticker, Skype extension for Firefox, StumbleUpon, Tab Mix Plus, Tab Scope, WOT and Yahoo! Toolbar. The problem occurred around the time I installed Trusteer Rapport, but I've tried a BlankProfile in which Rapport still appears, and I was able to move the content of the navigation bar to the Tiny Menu bar again, so the cause of the problem must, I think, lie elsewhere.

If setting up a blank profile and installing your normal extensions makes everything work, that points very strongly to a corrupted profile, which I can do nothing about.
