Improve field type detection

Description

As sites shift towards AJAX, they tend to do more and more strange things with their form fields. For example,  http://beta.cloudo.com/ has fields with an ID and no name. Currently, mpwgen fails to detect these fields and fill them in. Hopefully here we can document other sites that have strange HTML that mpwgen doesn't grok, and improve mpwgen to work with all of them.

  • Refactor field detection into its own method for simplification. Update patterns a bit.

The code as committed above works for cloudo, and I haven't come across another site that doesn't work (yet).
