How to change an existing password?

Description

When I want to change password, there are 3 fields to fill out, the first one is old password and 2 for new password; when I fill out current password, and then click "Magic Password" on new password, it fills out SAME password on all 3 fields. So how to have it provide new password for just 2 fields?

Also can I have a longer (15 to 20 character) password?

You can't. If you're using a different master, to generate new passwords, then you need to find the password with the first master (the documentation tells you how), then paste it in to the "old" field. And no, the generation is set -- if I change how it makes passwords, it breaks every existing one.
