Monitor only blocked resources

Description

It would make debugging certain cases where something is blocked, but should not be, easier to handle if the 'monitor' dialog included an option to discard all the non-blocked lines.

Sorting by score would be ideal.

Seems to me it would handle this use case as well (since people could sort by score then ignore the bottom entries.)
