Tiny Menu not fully working in Thunderbird

Description

Tiny Menu works in the main Thunderbird window and in the message window. But the windows for Address Book and Compose/Reply do not have Tiny Menu.

I am using Thunderbird 2.0.0.18 (English) on Ubuntu 8.10. The only other extension I have is FireTray and this problem persists when using a new profile.
