Remove port number from CoralCDN link

Description

As of 2.0.3, Resurrect Pages still appends ".nyud.net:8080" for Coralized pages. However, CoralCDN now states "Just append .nyud.net to the hostname..." This is a pretty minor issue, but the extra port number can cause issues with poorly configured proxy servers.

It's an easy fix - just remove ":8080" from line 123 of resurrect.js.
