Customize the MoreTools menu

Description

I'd love to see a way to reorganize the items in the More Tools menu, preferably by adding an "options" menu item to the entry in Add-ons. I have a separator in my menu that shouldn't be there, and I'd also like to keep the list alphabetized.

This would be much more complicated to do than the effort I'm willing to invest. Getting the items moved at all is difficult, as is.
