No menu icon after upgrade to Firefox 2.0.0.12

Description

After upgrading to Firefox 2.0.0.12, I am no longer able to use an icon for TinyMenu. I have tried resetting the icon in About:Config, and reloading the previously working Firefox.ico file which I keep in the Mozilla Firefox 2 program file directory, but neither work, despite numerous restarts.

(In [345]) Fixes #100 Remove the call to escape() which acts differently now in 2.0.0.12. Bump the version, and change FF version compatibility, in install.rdf to match.

Fixed in 1.4.5, go download it.
